Just need some sleep!

So I'm 26wks pregnant, and I really cannot sleep anymore. I have the total body boppy, and it helps a lot with my sciatic nerve problem.  But I still can't sleep.  I have tried the moutains of pillows, and other things like this, but none hlep.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Right now I'm open to everything!

  • I had a snoogle and hated it, I liked the regular body pillow.  Maybe try some warm milk (when it's warmed there some enzyme that's released that helps you sleep), have DH give you a relaxing massage.  Working out during the day can help you sleep better at night.  If all else fails, you could always ask your doc for a script for Ambien, it's safe during pg.  I took it towards the end of my pg every now and then (was too afraid to take it every night since it can be habit forming). 
  • I took half of a tylenol pm, drank tea, worked out during the day, and took a warm shower before bed. A white noise machine helped too. I did not really get uncomfortable until about 35 weeks though.
