Delco bakery recommendations

Hi Girls,

I need a recommendation for  Delaware county bakery where I can get a cake for a baby shower.  Looking for something super-yummy, but affordable.  Thanks

Supermarkets like Genuardis, Giant, and Acme all make yummy cakes.

For bakeries, we use Maria's in Ridley or Traubs in Prospect Park.

Acme has the best cakes and their icing is light and delicious.

Traub's in prospect park looks good.  I think we'll try them out this Saturday for a dinner party we're having.

Sophisticakes in Drexelbrook, we get all of our "special" cakes there, pick up some cookies while you're at it...yumm...support local businesses!!
