I am getting really annoyed. I lay down but can't seem to fall asleep til 1 or 2am. I toss and turn all night long. When I first lay down around 9ish I get up to pee every 15 mins until about 11:30 or 12. This little girl just keeps kicking my bladder ughhhh. I have taken Tylenol PM and Unisom and I sleep great but I can't do that every night!!! Any tips? I try to watch my fluid intake but that doesn't seem to help.
Re: Anyone having trouble sleeping at night?
Lol.. visit my "pregnancy insomnia" post at the bottom of this page...
ME TOO. grrr...
Yup, this happened to me last night and usually does every night. I have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Usually around 2-3am every night. And, i am finding myself sleeping on my right side or back when i should be sleeping on my left side.
I stop drinking all water/fluid (even something that might be considered thick liquid like yogurt or pudding) by 6pm every night. I pee pretty consistently until about 9, then it tapers off, and I still end up getting up 2-3 times (minimum) each night. I can't imagine NOT stopping my fluid intake!
But yes, I have trouble sleeping also... and I'm sooo tired. I toss and turn and cant find any position that is comfortable. It's not at all fun.
This would not work for me. I wake up feeling parched and have to drink water to get back to sleep.
I was waking up from hip/back pain, but the Snoogle pillow has helped that tremendously.
Wish I had more suggestions!
Try taking Phenergan. It's a medicine to help with nausea. It will make you pass out just like you are taking Tylenol PM, but it's safe to take everyday!
Just ask your doctor for a RX.
