I've not personally tried it but from the look of it, there are better/more comfortable slings out there. I think it's padded, right? That's going to make it more difficult to adjust than other ring slings that are available.
I'm a Dr. Sears fan but the brand doesn't have the best carriers ;-)
The jury is out on whether that one is considered a "bag sling" or not. google bag sling and you'll find a list of dangers. For that reason, i would err on the side of caution and suggest finding something else. An unpadded ring sling, a stretchy or woven wrap, etc.
