Every single car window shade I have ever seen has not been that great. I would love to know if you have found a brand that covers a lot of the window to keep your LO's eyes shaded, but stays put!
We went through many different shades, and ended up getting the windows tinted in my car, totally worth it. Especially when you have a rear facing baby the sun comes through the rear window so strong and DS would scream and scream.
When I got my carseat checked at the firestation they said that the roll-up shades are a serious projectile hazzard if you are ever in an accident. He reccomended a film to put on your window or one with 4 suction cups that does not roll. Good luck!

I think this is a little much.
Mine are attached to the window on the outside. I had to roll down the window to install them. DD is in the middle seat.
Re: Rec your car window shades
I am trying to find some as well. I had these great Fisher Price Rainforest ones when DD was born. One of them got lost and the suction is gone.
I went out and bought the Fisher Price precious Planet shades.
They are going back to the store because they don't roll up! They also feel super cheap.
