If you need a kit do they make it apparent? I think for mine all I need is a standard full-size bed frame and it re-uses parts from the crib for the rest. I didn't think I needed a special kit.
Bar tab = $156,000, Bus to Foxwoods = $0, Puking in the Stanley Cup = Priceless
mine came with the crib I wasnt aware that it didnt come with most cribs!!! I would definatly be worried about them discontinuing the crib and not selling it anymore
They tried to sell the kit and the toddler rail to us when we bought the crib (it's a Munire Newport in Antique White) so I assume you need it to convert the crib. They said I could order the kit from another line of Munire cribs, but the color will be different. Still, in the off-white family, but not Antique White. Oh well. I don't know if it is like this for all brands.

This. That's exactly how DD's crib was.
