Getting a handle on the eating!

OK, I signed back up for weight watchers. I talked to my doctor and she said it would be fine to do it like I was maintaining my weight and then add 5-6 points to that.  I did it a little above my previous weight to make sure I'm getting enough to eat. I just entered my food for today, and it feels good to get back that control.  I'm not trying to lose weight, by any means, but I want to hold myself accountable for the crap that's been going into my mouth.  Now if I can just start back working out....
