ok question...EWCM or semen????

My husband and I had sex last night and tonight i noticed some EWCM...but not sure if it actually is CM or just from having sex last night...is there something im missing?  How do you tell the difference...sorry if TMI

Semen is usually gone within 12 hours, so that's one way to tell.  Also, ewcm will stretch (like more than an inch) and semen won't.

No such thing as TMI here   At this point, 24 hours later, it's likely EWCM.  As a rule though, if it stretches and breaks, it's semen.  If it stretches and doesn't break, it's EWCM.  When in doubt, smell it.  You'll be able to tell the difference.

Hmm... not sure anyone can help you here. I'm usually all clear from semen 12-15 hours after sex, but I'm sure everyone is different. Check again tomorrow maybe? As long as you had sex, regardless of your CM, you're probably covered in terms of timing.

For those of you who haven't read TCOYF...it is a highly informative book!! I just got it last week and am halfway through it. I just covered the diff. between EWCM & Semen last night in one of my chapters & #1 above is totally true!!
