Thoughts on girl's name?

So far, my husband and I have agreed on only 2 names.  Charlotte Grace or Hailey Grace.  What do you think?  I'm not leaning towards one over the other one right now.  (Last name is 1 syllable, starting with a "K".)

If you like "Hailey", should it be spelled "Hailey" or "Haley"?

Thanks!

  • Hailey.  Although Charlotte is a great name too.  Just prefer Hailey.
  • I love Charlotte!  Hailey is pretty too, but seems like a little girls name, where Charlotte will transistion into an adult name beautifully
  • Charlotte 100%

  • I much prefer Charlotte.  I'm not a fan of Hailey because I think it sounds a little "cutesy" and that it won't suit an adult.
  • I love the name Charlotte. That was on our list of girls name, we would have called her Charley as a NN.  :)
  • While I am bias, I prefer Hayley (with this spelling), if you want your child to be one of many, name her Charlotte. Seems to be such a popular name right now, I know 5 Charlotte's under the age of 3.
  • Hailey and I like the way you spelled it
  • I like both and like the spelling Hailey. I don't think you can go wrong with either name, but I vote for Charlotte. I disagree with pp that Hailey doesn't age well. I know 2 my age and it fits them well.
  • Definitely Hailey (and spelled that way).  Both names are popular but it seems that Charlotte is on the rise lately.

  • My vote is Hailey
  • I like the way Hailey Grace sounds better, but I think I prefer the name Charlotte.  It is a classic and Hailey is kind of cutesy.

HEY just noticed your siggy said your DD's name was Isabel Rose, my best friend just had a little girl and named her Isabela Rose (thought it was ironic yall both only used one L) BEAUTIFUL name. And Olivia is my pic for a girl if I ever have on! Yes on name choices!

  • I really like both names. Which sounds better with your LN?
If you go with Haley, I prefer Hailey.

  • I like both, and I would spell it Hailey.  I think I would pick Charlotte of the two, but they are both great names.
  • I love the name Charlotte - I was on our short list.
  • I prefer Hailey. Either spelling is good.
  • Charlotte -- I've never liked the name Hailey.
