Hi moms!  Can anyone tell me about a good prenatal yoga video?  I want to buy one and dont really know where to start.  I have done beginners yoga about 10 times if that helps.  Thank you!!

I have Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea.  I am also a yoga newbie, but this was pretty easy to follow and there are modifications for each trimester.
