I have these little pastry things I am supposed to make for a party-- they say to cook at 400 for 20 minutes on a "lined baking sheet"-- what am I lining said baking sheet with? Clearly I need more practice:-)
Parchment paper or a silpat (silicone mat) if you have it.
If you don't have either of those, grease the pan very well and it will probably work ok.
