Alright ladies, put your thinking caps on! I need breakfast ideas under 20 carbs... I'm so tired if eggs, cheese, peanut butter. Any suggestions? I'd also love if it is make and take because i'm usually running out the door and trying to eat at the same time.

mine is less than 20g carbs, but It sounds like you won't like it.
I have 1 piece of toast (10g carbs), 1 egg, and 1 piece of cheese. Sometimes I add bacon.
Egg McMuffin on whole wheat light english muffin.
Turkey roll up on light whole wheat tortillas
Low sugar oatmeal
Light yogurt and a bit of granola for crunch
that sounds good
I am getting pretty tired of the eggs myself. I have been making breakfast buritos with 1 scrambled egg, low carb tortilla, salsa and sour cream. It makes the eggs easier to eat
You can also eat cottage cheese which is considered a protein with a piece of whole wheat toast or half of a whole wheat English muffin.
