Advice Game Using Baby's Name

Has anyone ever played a game (if that's what you would call it) where you hand out a card with the baby's name on it? As a table, the guests need to come up with a piece of advice that starts with each letter of the baby's name? Just wondering if you would put only the baby's name on the card, or if you would put some sort of instruction at the top of the card as to what they have to do? Or just put "Advice for Mom and Dad"?

I think that the cards would be really cute for you to keep as keepsakes so I would put "Advice for Mom and Dad" at the top in nice lettering and then the baby's name.  Don't put instructions, you can always explain them.  Maybe put a spot at the very bottom that says "Love, (and space here)" so the person writing it can sign it and you'll know who it's from.
