Good morning ladies! I somehow missed all the age discrimination drama last night, but I have a confession. I actually suggested that she post that. She wrote a post a few days ago looking for a BFPB, like "hey, anyone want to be my BFPB?" People suggested that she get to know others first, but she seemed kind of discouraged.

So I, in my infinite wisdom, suggested that she post a thread to find someone she has something in common with. I noticed she was young, so I said why not post "TTC under 25? come on in" or something like that. I honestly didn't think it would land badly, and I feel sh!tty about it.

So HunBangel, sorry about that, and anyone who was offended, it was my bad...

And I still think BFPBs (which seem to be a fading practice around here) should just be someone you feel a connection to already.  Not just some random.  That's how you get BFPBs like FishNChips.

I agree with POF on all counts.  When she first posted, we were just having a little fun with the old geezer jokes but she turned it into something totally not cool with her comments and inability to take a joke.
