A VERY dear friend of mine was abducted, raped, and brutally beaten by a complete stranger at the age of 22. Her offender was sentenced to 75 years in prison, however this year he is eligible for parole. She is asking anyone who is willing to write letters to oppose her offender's release.

Obviously you do not have to know her to write a letter. However, if you feel strongly about sex offenders serving their sentenced time (instead of being released among us in our communities), please feel free to email me and  write a letter.

Also, if you know of anyone in "high places" who you feel would support this, please let me know. This is his 2nd chance at parole and every letter is actually read and considered in the decision making process.

You should contact your local tv station -- they can drum up all kinds of interest.  Her information doesn't have to be revealed.
