acupuncture for labor & delivery

Did anyone out there use acupuncture to manage pain during labor and delivery? I would love to hear about your experiences, especially success/failure as far as avoiding drugs and epidurals. Also, what's the process like, how early do you need to start seeing the acupuncturist? How much did it cost? Anyone know of an acupuncturist in the finger lakes region who does labor/delivery treatments?

Nope, but if you are looking into alternative stuff - I did chiropractic thruout my pregnancy and attribute much of my easy pregnancy and the labor/delivery to that.
