    yes.

    not as frequently as I used to, but yes.

    I think this is related to all the sinus pressure from my residual cold.

    Two Tylenol, two Advil.  Together.  Soda (caffeine) for the bonus point.  Euphoria.  I can't recommend highly enough.

    This is mine too, except I go for the full 800mg of advil (4 over the counter). Only then do I move on to the Maxalt. Also, a very tall glass of water- I've come to discover that a lot of my head issues revolve around dehydration.
