Cutting Teeth

DD is cutting 4 teeth right now on top. She cut her first lower tooth about one month ago. Question is, the bottom one is only about 1/4 - 1/2 of the way out, as are all the others. I figured on the bottom one it would have come all the way out by now since it's been a month but still nothing. Has anyone experienced this with their LO? Is this normal? I can't find any answers on the internet and have a call into the pedi's office. Just wanted to see if any of you have experienced this? TIA.

That's normal from my experience.  Teeth seem to take a long time to fully come out.

Aiden's teeth take forever to come in! I swear 2 months + sometimes!
