Yesterday G stole my computer mouse and when he was done "playing" with it, he tossed it between the couch pillows. It took me awhile to find, but I got some great advice of where to look from my FB friends.
So... for a fun Friday activity, where does your DC hide things that you will need later? And, (bonus points) what's the most important thing they've stolen/hidden?
Re: Fun poll: where does your DC hide "toys"
Nick and Laci hide things EVERYWHERE! In the couch cusions, under the couch, in the cabinets in the kitchen, their toy box, the drawers in our coffee table and I even found a toy in the fridge one time!
bonus: Nick found DH's wedding ring when he took it off to put gel in his hair. We could't find it for 3 months!
She likes to hide things in the kitchen cabinets. It's always amusing to pull a toy out of the blender.
bonus: Months ago she hid my token that I need to connect to my work network when I work from home. We tore the house apart looking for it. I have a feeling it got "hidden" in the kitchen trash can.
Natalie hides things in her kitchen, usually in the refrigerator.
She also has taken to filling bags with things, she has a bunch of little purses and diaper bag things and she fills them with all kinds of stuff....usually my stuff.
She hid my cell phone a while back but luckly it still had enough battery to call it and of course it was in the refrigrerator.

This now has me convinced that C is not a regular toddler but a space alien.

And where do they go?

He really is odd, isn't he?
Ha ha, S does the same thing. She's not into hiding things. She just leaves her toys all over the place or gives us back the non-toy stuff.
I'm convinced S and C were separated at birth.
M loves stuffing her footsie PJs. She thinks it's just one big pocket. She has a hard time walking around but still stuffs things in there. The worst thing she does is stuff her crayons in them. I now turn her PJs inside out when I do laundry because we've had 2 loads covered in crayons. S doesn't really hide things anymore but sometimes she helps M out.
M hid my debit card in her room one time. She loves playing with my wallet. I give her used gift cards but she only wants the credit and debit cards.
Me too.
He also leaves his actual toys EVERYWHERE. A car here, a hockey stick in the kitchen, a robot in the bathroom. He likes to see all his stuff at one time. Thankfully DH or my mom help him clean up before I get home. He likes to help put stuff away -- one tiny toy at a time.
