when you make a comment about wanting to be a nurse to your current co-workers and they laugh because they think you'll just tell the patients to "shut up and quit whining"?
LOL! Actually, you would be perfect for the Orthopaedic floor. Those pt's have just had surgery and the nurses actually yell at them and get them out of bed and moving. ha! Perfect fit? I think so.
And I'm so shocked that my l&d nurse didn't tell me that. I was such a whiner during my labor with Ezra. Then again, I was only in labor at the hospital for 2.5 hr, so she didn't have to put up with me for too long.
