Teething = spit up?

DS has been fussy lately (well for him, anyway) and refusing pacis and bottles.  No fever whatsoever and he's on a preventative antibiotic for ear infections so don't think it's that.  I think his top two teeth are finally thinking about making their debut after coming down a month ago and then going back up.  But what he has started doing the last two days is spitting up more.  I don't remember him doing so with the last teeth particularly but that was also around the time when he stopped spitting up so he easily might have been and I just didn't notice or tie the two together.  And it is spitting up and not vomiting. 

Anyone else deal with this?  TIA!!

I haven't noticed it with Maddie.

I think it could probably make them spit up more since teething might make them swallow more saliva than usual.
