OK, I really am going to need some help with my injured vag

I got brave enough to look for the source of the blood.  Now everything hurts again.  I just took some advil to help with the pain.  Sex is out.  There is no way I can have sex for at least 2 days.  Minimum. 

I'm just concerned about keeping it clean.  I know the horror stories and I am not interested in becoming one.  What can I do to make sure this heals properly?  Do I need to give more detail about the location?

You should heal fine.  Was the wax too hot?  Wear cotton chonies and pants that breathe.  Ice/cold compresses should help, too.
