people are rude

 I am on the phone with a customer but I have to transfer her to another rep to help her. (he has all the info) So, she says "oh, i get it...it's just not your job? you messed up and now you can't do the work.

It wasn't even my mistake biotch! I am helping you!

    I hate it when people have misguided anger. I constantly get yelled at at the hospital because the doctor didn't tell someone what they wanted to hear, or they have to wait longer than they want to. 

    Because, yes, that is all my fault.

    Wow.  I often get rude people on the phone too.  I'll answer the phone, and before I've even said anything else, they snap at me.  What happened to being polite?

    Edit: this reminds me of a Family Guy where Stewie says, "how about a little less talking and a little more shut the hell up!"

    I know, as soon as I answered the phone she started going off. Stupid jerk....do you think I run this whole company and know EVERYTHING that is going on?
