I just started doing yoga during this (2nd) pregnancy. I am really enjoying it, and wonder what would be a good "next step" after the baby comes. (I'm due late April).
Right now I am doing Shiva Rea's Gaiam prenatal DVD. Anyone know if her postnatal one is good too? And how long would you do "postnatal yoga" before moving on to "regular" yoga?
With a 3 yr. old and a baby on the way, I realize that time will be in short supply... so ideally the video would be one that has short, doable segments (such as 1/2 hr.) as well as options to go longer.
