Babies on the Brain

Is it weird that I'm afraid to fall asleep?

I know how bad my sleeping is now.  With the low oxygen levels and the breathing stoppage.  I've become an insomniac.

  • I am catching up, but what happened?

oh, and if it's what I think it is then there are machines that can help. ( I am sure you knew that;)  My dad has to use one.

I'm going to get one.  I go in tomorrow night for the evaluation study.

  • If I stopped breathing 7.something times an hour, I'd be frightened too.  BUT you do continue breathing.  That should hopefully give you some comfort.
  • Good for you!  I think my hubby is on the verge of needing one.  It is scary!

But for tonight, you can get a fan and place it close to your bed and have that extra cool air blow on you.  It won't help keep your airways open per se but it will help.

  • I don't think i'm going to stop breathing for good tonight (although you whores would think twice about crossing the crazy voodoo lady then, eh?) It's more of a "I feel like crap and I know it's not good for me, so why do it" hesitation.  I keep a fan on me anyways because i'm always frickin hot.

Thanks for the advice though.  I did it because h insists on having the heat way up, not because it helped.
