I know how bad my sleeping is now. With the low oxygen levels and the breathing stoppage. I've become an insomniac.

Little Man (4 years old---holy cow)
He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be. He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
Re: Is it weird that I'm afraid to fall asleep?
Can't you get the machine that helps with that?
It must be the curse....(lmao)
I would be freaked myself.
I am catching up, but what happened?
oh, and if it's what I think it is then there are machines that can help. ( I am sure you knew that;) My dad has to use one.
I'm going to get one. I go in tomorrow night for the evaluation study.

totally this. sorry Balls but I'm still giggling.
Good for you! I think my hubby is on the verge of needing one. It is scary!
But for tonight, you can get a fan and place it close to your bed and have that extra cool air blow on you. It won't help keep your airways open per se but it will help.
I don't think i'm going to stop breathing for good tonight (although you whores would think twice about crossing the crazy voodoo lady then, eh?) It's more of a "I feel like crap and I know it's not good for me, so why do it" hesitation. I keep a fan on me anyways because i'm always frickin hot.
Thanks for the advice though. I did it because h insists on having the heat way up, not because it helped.
