    You know, she said last week she was waiting for new screen name to be available or something.  It's been more than two days, so I'm not sure what she's waiting for.

    She really does not get that she can't just change her existing sn. I feel like a billion people have told her now that she needs to open a whole new account, but apparently she is a special kind of stupid.
