If it makes you feel any better, We always get Texas's snow storms a day later. This one is expected to hit tomorrow afternoon with a wintery mix. So none of the pretty snow, just snow, sleet and rain turning everything into a slippery muddy mess and sucky early commute for us too.

    Lol, I don't care if it's pretty, I just want a snow day!  It has yet to snow in SA this year - it just won't get this far south.

    Our's keep hitting on the weekends so we haven't had snow days yet. I took one but work has been making everyone come in despite the bad roads. sigh.

    That sucks.  My boss is currently walking around the office joking that he isn't going to let us go home today because he is "worried about our safety".  He says we should just stay here and work all night.
