Best.Product.Ever.

It helps with anxiety, PMS, stress, etc. It basically lets you let "things" roll off your back a WHOLE lot easier than usual. I take one twice a day when life is rough. Took two 45 minutes before an interview, and had NO nerves the entire time- even laughed and joked with the panel (and I got the job.) Helps me sleep when I've got too much on my mind. Safe to take with anything. I even have my mom on it, and she doesn't like to take pills. She took it once, and swears by it. You don't have to take it for an extended period to feel the effects- works the first time, everytime. I've never built up a tolerance to it either.
