Help me decide on a carrier

So here is my dilemma, I like the ease of the baby bjorn. I however do not want the pain that is involved. I am looking for a carrier that is easy to put on, I already have the moby and do not care for it. I need something I can carry DS facing in and out. He is currently 11lbs.

The pikkolo is the only good carrier that buckles and allows for outward facing. It also allows back carries - a much more comfortable alternative to an outward facing carry ;-)

I love the beco! You can't do forward facing carries, but it is just as easy as the bjorn, but more comfy and better for baby.

you can do forward facing carries with almost any mei tai... and they are super adjustable. I think the Kozy website has instructions?
