Why am I so tired?

I slept during her morning nap, then for three hours this afternoon, then again when she fell asleep for another hour or so. I am so exhausted. Am I coming down with something? I did go out to see Avatar last night and DH gave me a bonine to take, maybe that did it? I should have felt much better after those two long naps.

Re: Why am I so tired?

  • Anytime I take any kind of motion sickness meds, I have seriously lag for a good 24 hours.  I'm sure that is what it is.

BTW - Did you take it for the movie?  I thought I was going to need something too when we saw it, but my eyes adjusted pretty quickly after a couple of minutes.

  • Ok, that's what I was suspecting. Yes I took it for the movie, I was a little headachy before we left and I was concerned I would get a migraine with nausea and everything. Thanks so much.

  • low iron is sometimes the reason for sluggish-ness - and B vitamins help with energy too.
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

  • I would say it's the Bonine, too.  Anytime I've taken it it's made me really tired later on.

  • Wow, thanks everyone. I will never take it again. I have never gotten motion sickness from a 3D movie, so it was prolly not necessary anyway.
