Is this teething?

I think DS is teething :( He has been acting weird for a few days, drooling A LOT, sucking on his hands,  not napping ( goes to sleep wakes up screaming) and i see little white dots on his gums. Think this is teething? If so what can i do to help him.

    Sounds very much like teething.  You can try orajel on his gums, a wet washcloth, or tylenol.  Or just rub on his gums too.

    What sort of white spots?  2 months seems very young for teething to me - are you sure its not thrush?
