Going back to work PT next week and realizing that I need to become more efficient at well...everything. What are your tricks be them baby, house, work, etc. related?
Right now I'm working on food efficiency, preparing myself lunches for the whole week all at once so I just pull a tupperware out of the fridge and have a quick and fairly nutritious meal as opposed to say, eating my standard block of cheese lunch.
Re: What are your best efficiency tricks?
I'm a big list maker. I make a list before I go to bed for the next day to help keep me focussed and on task. I work nights so every minute I'm awake during the day is precious to me!
I try to keep the diaper bag packed at all times with everything I need to take to grandma's when I'm working (except the breast milk, of course). I restock it when I get home from work so I'm not rushing around when it's time to leave.
I also keep a small calendar with everything listed in it for the whole family.
I try to cook dinners that leave enough for 2 nights of meals and/or leftovers for me to take to work.
I'm sure there's more but I worked last night so I'm not thinking too clearly today LOL
