2nd Trimester

Pilates/Yoga DVD kicked my butt.

I bought a pilates/yoga DVD and did it for the first time. Well, I did the first 25 minutes of it and had to stop. My arms still hurt! It is even designed for pregnant women. I had no idea just how out of shape I am! I think instead of taking away something for Lent, I need to add regular exercise!
