Ok, well I've stopped pumping...

Hopefully drying up what little of my milk there is won't be a pain...

    I stopped about 3 weeks ago and my discomfort lasted about a week.

    GL!  As you are drying up if you get engorged than pump it out.  You don't want to get an infection.

    I have been stopping slowly (over the past few weeks). My doc said I could take sudafed and still give her the pumped milk and that has helped.  It hasn't been bad.  Not sure if you were looking for tips, but GL!
