video monitor: can you see neighbors?

Thank God we know our neighbors pretty well but I can switch to Channel B on our Summertree monitor & can see their crib/baby. She said she can do the same thing. It freaks me out even though we know them. Is there anything I can do? Should I call the company??? I'm worried if there are other people that can see around or neighborhood.

Freaky!  We don't have a video monitor, but sometimes I hear a neighbor's dog barking through our monitor.  I've also heard someone's alarm going off.  I don't know whose we're picking up since we live in a development with a lot of young kids.
