Painful cramping after sex?  We got down to business and afterwards it felt like my insides were going to come out.  Seriously.  It hurt that bad (after).  I had this same pain without sex last week (like really really bad period cramping).  Maybe I should get checked out?

    I would def go to the doctor about this. 

    Sex hurts for me, but in a different way - localized to the vag area - and not nearly as painful as what you are describing.

    Ok, I will make an appt.  It scares me tho.  DH thought he did something to me and felt so bad.
