Also ? about Dr. figuring out how far along I am

in Pregnant after a Loss

I know that I ovulated on Feb 7, which makes me 12 dpo. Why is it then when I told the dr my ovulation date, which she used to calculate how far along I was, she still put me at over 3 weeks along? Wouldn't I really only be 12 days? My EDD doesn't change but how far along I am does? Huh?

    You're technically already 2 weeks pg when you ovulate, so at 12dpo you'd be 3 weeks 5 days.  :-)

    They calculate from your last menstrual period (assuming a 28 day cycle).  So that would be 2 weeks PLUS the 12 days....so 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant :)
