My evaluation, that is.  After 3 meetings totalling about 4 hours.  Our director gave me almost all the points back where there had been contention, and my total % is the same as what I had originally suggested b/c she gave me more points than I gave myself on some things.

But this working situation is a clusterfark.  It's just unbelievable.

4 HOURS for an evaluation?  Something needs to be done about that.  Unbelievable is right.

I hate evaluations and I'd probably need to find a new job if I had to go through what you went through.  I'm glad you got your points back!
