My 8-day journey on BCP's...

I notice something last evening.

~i'll be one-starring this and rolling my eyes at the same time~

In hopes of a hormone disruption, I started to take this crap to straighten it out and get off Lexapro and Klonopin.  Looked forward to a nice easy menstrual cycle and no more killer ovulation cycles.

Upon taking my second pill, I notice this extreme sensitivity to the cold water on my teeth.  Coincidence?

Then the nausea hits. Then the headache.  I start bleeding.  Then spotting.  Bleeding again.  Cramping and bloating sets in.  I can't take this crap for possibly three packs.

I quit the sh*t.  Two days later, AF shows up and hangs out for a day, leaves for a day, comes back, leaves, comes back.

Last night, DH grabs my boobs and I let out a yell.  I realize that this whole time as well, my boobs are swollen and sore like mad!  I've noticed it and didn't think past that.  It hit me last evening "is this related to the bcp's?" 

My boobs get bigger and bigger, I get skinnier and skinnier.  WTF?  I don't want this sh*t hanging to my knees.

Teeth are still sensitive.

Eeek.   Is there a reverse pill?

That doesn't sound like much fun.  But I will say that most side effects of BCP's are gone by the second month.  And if you're experiencing breakthrough bleeding talk to your doctor.  You may just need a slight bump up in the dosage.

After kancell's stroke a few weeks ago, not on your life will I consider bcp's again.  Gave me a little wake up scare.
