I'm on a business trip...a five hour drive from home..and I was up all night throwing up and "butt pissing"...ugh ugh ugh!! hoping that things calm down and we can drive home once my coworker gets out of our last meeting this morning.
I'm sorry your not feeling well, especially when your far from home. Try to stay as hydrated as you possibly can. Getting dehydrated can cause some problems with cramping, so if this happens you should think about stopping in to the nearest hospital to get some IV fluids. Stay safe, and I hope you feel better.

I had that happen about a month ago and it was so miserable. I couldn't even keep down fluids of any kind for a while. Then I took Pepto - that helped. PP is right about staying hydrated. When I had it I called my OB and regular Dr - they said give it several hours after taking the Pepto and if I still couldn't hold fluids to let them know because they would have to get me into the hospital and get me an IV to stay hydrated. Thankfully that didn't happen. If you can get some medicine in you, do so. Flat coke or ginger ale is a good fluid to try. Good luck and feel better!
