terrible cramping (TMI)

I am 7wks4days and have had terrible cramping since last night around 10:30.  I fell asleep for  few hours but woke around 1:00 in lots of pain.  I did have diarrhea 3 times, but for  the most part just doubled over in pain.  I did have a very good early u/s last week.  However, I also have a cyst.  I am going to call my doctor when they open at 8:30, but guess I wanted opinions.

    I'm sorry, I don't have any advice, but hopefully the doctor has answers for you.  Hope you feel better!!!
