I did contact Frankie and he asked to to send mine back to take a look at it. I'm glad because I didn't think coddlelife made crappy bottles... I'm hoping that it's just a fluke. I felt sad and disappointed that everyonhe else loved coddlelife but William hated it lol.

Hopefully they will send me back another one that works lol
