I hope you read my follow up below.  I didn't mean to insuate that in every case others are to blame.  I don't think, based on that letter, that the pilot was simply suicidal (which you can certainky hide from people), I think he was completely out of his mind.

I did and thanks for the follow up, this is something I am pretty sensitive about and I agree with you with the pilot the sings had to have been there. I know you on the nest and know you never meant any harm. It's all good!
