I do not live there but I nanny for two little ones in Peters which is nearby...you can try looking on craigslist and search Bethel in all community and you might find something.  Also, I have taken them to little gym for 2 years now.  They have a million classes. Here's the info....

Once the weather breaks you'll have to venture to South Park.  My son loves the playgrounds and the game reserve!  Welcome!!

There are also a couple of great mom's groups through meetup.com that you can join that have tons of playdates.  There's Burgh Family and Friends and there's also a Pittsburgh AP Group if you are an AP family.  I know the BFF group has lots of members in your area so you'd have lots of activities.
