DH wanted to get married in someone's backyard and after have a cookout and play horseshoes and bocce.  That didn't happen so we're doing it for our shower.  The hostesses are probably renting a space in a park and we're not doing traditional games, just hanging out with friends.  It will be co-ed.

I'm not very creative, but there are tons of great ideas online. 

My friend had a shower where each table was decorated with a cute frame and baby picture of either her or her hubby.  There were some other cute decorations around too, but I thought it was kind of sweet, and a conversation starter.
