So even though this is a natural BFP my RE is still going to monitor me for the first tri. So today was my first u/s. Yes too early to see much but I have a beautiful pic of 1 gestational sac and 1 perfect yolk sac. yay for my LO's first pic. It's going to be so great to have weekly u/s's to really see the progression.
