Hey ladies, so today DS and I made cinnabuns for my dh. But I just looked at the container for the buuter cream. It says it's cultured but says nothing about being pasturized. Can I eat one of the cinnabuns? I know this may be a stupid question for some of you but I really have no idea and don't want to take any chances... I didn't know who else to ask..

Did you bake the rolls? I think that'd kill any crazy bacteria that could be harmful...
I drank a crap-load of unpasturized milk (was in Mexico) and LO is fine. So I'm not sure how bad it really is....
I'm confused - are you talking about the buttercream icing? Or about an ingredient in the cinnamon buns themselves (which presumably have been baked)?
