Advice Please re: 1st Clomid Cycle, Infection, Etc.

I am currently on CD 13 of my first Clomid (50 mg) + Timed Intercourse Cycle.  I took my Clomid last Monday thru Friday along with Dexamethasone from CD 1 to tomorrow. 

Well, I feel like crap - I feel like I have been run over by a truck.  I called my gyno and I have an appt. with them first thing on Thursday morning (he does surgeries on Wednesday and is out of the office).  I have had spotting all day, been really crampy, sick to my stomach and now it feels like I have some sort of infection, like a yeast infection or something...sorry, if TMI, but I'm just extremely itchy and just really, really uncomfortable overall.  It almost feels like PMS, but ten times worse.

Has anyone had this experience with Clomid and Dexamethasone?  I'm on 50mg of Clomid and 0.5 mg of Dexamethasone.  I just don't know what to do/where to start to even make myself feel better - I have no interest in eating anything at all. The nurse that I spoke to told me that I most likely have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis from the change in my hormone levels, great...thanks!!

I've only ever taken clomid and don't remember ever feeling that bad on it. I sure hope you get an answer from your doctor.
