What can I make with chili?

Tortillas chips? 

With leftover chili, I like to make nachos.  Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a foiled baking sheet, spread over chili, top with shredded cheese and bake.  Then you can add whatever toppings you like!  Sorry, that may not be helpful for tonight though.

I'm making white chicken chili tonight with a green chili cheese bread.  But with regular chili, DH always makes corn bread.

Cinnamon rolls!  That is what we have always served with chili.  Sounds weird, but it is perfect.
