Anyone's 22 month old waking up at night again?

Not sure if it is night terrors or what, but 3-4 times a week DS has been waking up at 3-4 am. He either wants to get in bed with us, or have one of us get in his bed with him. Neither one makes for a good night's sleep. Many times he won't fall back asleep, he'll just lie there and stare at the ceiling, toss and turn, want to get up, etc.

We've finally conquered getting him to sleep in the big boy bed, now this! He just stands at the door and cries. Should I let him CIO?

I wish I had advice for you. You are not alone! DS (almost 21 months) has been doing this for the past month. He will not settle down unless we bring him in bed with us. I don't know what to do!
